HR Access Pursues its Growth and Consolidates its Organisational Structure With 3 Operational Divisions

PARIS, February 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Following its growth and the significant successes achieved in 2007 in the different countries in which it operates, HR Access, international provider of Human Resources Management software applications and Human Resources Outsourcing services, today announced the strengthening of its commitment to pursue the momentum of its development.

In order to construct the future more effectively and capitalising on the recent achievements of the company, Eduardo Pontoriero, Chairman of HR Access and President, Devonshire Investors Global Solutions, has structured his teams globally into three divisions:

HR Access EMEA...

for growth with high potential in a promising region

Michel Picaud, until recently CEO of the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa), has been promoted to President and CEO of HR Access EMEA in order to provide the entire HR Access EMEA region with the best possible leadership. His knowledge and his proven experience in the outsourcing market on an international scale are major assets for the development of the company.

The high growth momentum sustained throughout 2007 allowed HR Access to record a 27% increase in income and primarily in its new outsourcing activities.

The combined result of new market acquisitions and a constantly increasing number of new customers such as SNCF in France, Crédit Agricole and Intelcia (Call Center) in Morocco, Faurecia in Tunisia, and this increase was marked by the launch of the new HRa Suite 7 solution. In addition its new outsourcing services had a resounding success with its HR Access customers such as BBVA, Feu Vert and Gallina Blanca in Spain, Porcher Industries and Vivendi Games in France.

To complement its sales activity as well as the enhancement of the application services, HR Access also formed solid partnerships in all EMEA countries in order to optimise the implementation of its customers' projects. With special focus on the HRa Suite 7 product, technological and content partnerships were developed with Cognos, Business Objects, I Progress and Performanse, and partnerships regarding resellers with Neoz Conseil in Morocco and ITS in the MEA area. More than 100 new members of staff joined HR Access to support this growth.

Building on its strong EMEA base, and to help drive its global expansion, a new division HR Access Global Technology is being created. This new organisation will be managed by Oliver McKenna, who was the co-founder and CEO of TerraNua - the software company that provides leading edge Life & Pensions and Compliance products.

Mr McKenna, who is based in Ireland and manages a broad international team, brings a wealth of experience in the development of next-generation international software products. He brings HR Access valuable expertise in the delivery of Outsourced business services to large and medium sized organisations.

Mr McKenna, will manage the continued development of the HRa Suite 7 product and the expansion of the HR & Payroll Outsourcing platform.
