ART ÉLYSÉES – MODERN & CONTEMPORARY ART FAIR

It's Liquid Group, in collaboration with International ArtExpo is selecting all interesting photo works, experimental video-art works, paintings, installations and performance art works to include in the next 2015 exhibition:

LIQUID IDENTITIES PARIS, international festival of photography, video art, installation, painting and performance art, will be part of ART ÉLYSÉES, MODERN & CONTEMPORARY ART FAIR and will be hosted in Paris, on the Champs-Élysées Avenue from the 22nd to the 26th of October 2015.
The festival consists of five days (October 22-26, 2015) dedicated to fine arts, that will be exhibited during ART ÉLYSÉES, MODERN & CONTEMPORARY ART FAIR  in Paris.

LIQUID IDENTITIES PARIS is organized and curated by Luca Curci (director of It’s LIQUID and International ArtExpo). The festival is part of the ninth edition of ART ÉLYSÉES, hosted for the occasion on the Champs-Élysées Avenue, from October the 22nd to the 26th, 2015. The art fair gathers nearly 75 galleries inside its 3 ephemeral pavilions, exhibiting a broad panorama of modern art, contemporary art and twentieth century design furniture.

The number of works you can submit is unlimited. The participation in the festival requires an entry fee only for selected art videos and films. Participation is open to: artists, photographers, video makers, performers, architects and designers, associate groups and studios.

Starting from 2001, Luca Curci with International ArtExpo and It’s LIQUID Group, have curated and organized more than 80 contemporary art events, with the participation of about 4.000 international artists from all-over the world (UK, Spain, Italy, France, Austria, Portugal, The Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, Greece, Germany, Turkey, Poland, USA, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Israel, UAE, Russia, Thailand, etc.) with an average of 45 artworks exhibited in each show (with a maximum of 108 artists involved in the great MORPHOS festival held in Venice during the Architecture Biennale 2014). The organization has international partnerships with art venues in Italy, Turkey, USA, Spain, Argentina, UK, Middle East, etc., and collaborates with museums, galleries and institutions such as MuMo – Museum Montanelli in Prague, Laura Haber Gallery in Buenos Aires, MIXER gallery in Istanbul and MECA art center in Almeria.

Advance notice to press: special briefing meeting on the health and wellbeing of women seafarers

Members of the press are invited to attend the public launch of a survey of the health and wellbeing needs of women seafarers worldwide. A joint initiative by the International Seafarers' Welfare and Assistance Network (ISWAN), the International Transport Workers' Federation (ITF), the International Maritime Health Association (IMHA), and the Seafarers Hospital Society (SHS), the survey will feature as part of a briefing designed to raise awareness of the issues identified by the research and prompt collaborative efforts to improve provisions for women seafarers.

 

The event will take place on Thursday 17 September from 16:00 to 19:00 at ITF House, 49-60 Borough Road, London SE1 1DR (www.itfglobal.org/en/about-itf/contact-us). The agenda is attached.
