GEOMOTIVE BECOMES A PART OF ATLAS SERVICES GROUP

Atlas Services Group Geophysics BV ('Atlas'), a 100% subsidiary of Atlas Services Group Holding BV, completed the acquisition of Geomotive Inc and Geomotive Limited ('Geomotive') on Tuesday 30 July 2013. Atlas initiated the acquisition to add further scope and options for both clients and contractors, while continuing to ensure the most vital elements of its business are respected.
