However, if the shipping line changes the route and takes another route which may entail additional charges or which may entail some other disabling provisions, then the company (us) shall not be liable in any manner for the same and the Shipper or the Consignee shall have no claim whatsoever on that account against us. At the same time, the Shipper shall be liable to pay all the additional charges, which become payable due to change in route or shall be liable for any disabling provisions due to the existing laws of the countries through which the said consignment may pass.
