The vessel, being offered exclusively for sale through Skywater Yachts, has also had a dramatic price reduction, reducing the asking price to US$9,900,000.

The lodge was built and conceived to be anchored offshore, so it is self-contained and autonomous, generating its own electricity, making up to 8,000 gallons of water a day from reverse osmosis plants, sewage treatment of both "black" and "gray" water, (USCG approved for over-board discharge after treatment), trash incinerator and compactors, walk-in fridge and freezer, all stainless commercial galley, 13 large crew cabins, crew mess and lounge, plus repair workshop, store rooms, commercial laundry room, dive compressor, even a flash freeze room to ensure your catch is good to eat when you get home! She carries enough fuel for her to run 2 years between refueling – (should one add "ultimate doomsday lodge" to the list of potential uses?)!
However, while essential for the convenience of the guests lucky enough to get onboard, the things that most people will enjoy are the first class accommodations, utilizing Italian marbles, granites, tropical woods even a 1,000 gallon salt water aquarium.
The current accommodations sleep up to 40 guests, include two multi-room suites, 6 VIP King suites and 12 double Queen suites, all with ocean views! This is only the beginning of how visitors will be pampered - other amenities include: 70' wide, 60,000 gal. fresh water swimming pool with swim-up bar, 50 seat restaurant, lounge withbar, 900 bottle walk-in wine room, 12 seat movie theater room, fully equipped gym, sauna, massage rooms and a manicure/pedicure room.
Because this vessel is capable of being anchored offshore, there is a protected marina in the transom for 2 x 65'+ vessels, plus over-head gantry crane to store 4 x 32' tenders and a 20 ton davit for submarines or other toys.
