| FUTURE IS NOW! Set up your exhibition in ITALY International ArtExpo, an art organization in the field of contemporary art, existing for over 10 years and with over 65 events all over the world to its credit, offers to the artists the great opportunity to have an art exhibition in Bari (Italy), in the beautiful setting of Palazzo Barone Ferrara (in the heart of the city). This ambitious new project is open to any kind of artist, in fields of painting, sculpture, photography, video art and performing art. Palazzo Barone Ferrara is a magnificent historic building of the XIX century. Built in 1843 by Baron Onofrio Ferrara, it became a symbol of importance and progress of the city. Located in the center of Bari (in the South of Italy), it now hosts the headquarters and the exhibition space of Banca Apulia bank. Palazzo Barone Ferrara is a three floor building. The private exhibition space consists of three spaces: two dedicated to photography, painting, sculpture or installation and a separate video-screening hall, furnished with 50 seats. The gallery is usually available from 10:00 until 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00, every working day of the week (holidays excluded), with flexible hours available on request. Palazzo Barone Ferrara is situated in Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, 102/A in Bari. The exhibition can last from one week up to one month. The artworks will be sent to International ArtExpo office two weeks before the opening, and returned to artists at the end of the show. It is possible to rent just a part of the exhibition space, according to artist's needs, or to have different combination of periods. To set up your exhibition in Bari, International ArtExpo will not only provide the artists with the exhibition space, but will offer exclusive services too, such as opening reception, press office, promotional web page of the show, art show catalogue and many more. Here below the offered services in detail: - Mounting and taking down service: we can create a mounting project for the exhibition and provide with a person in charge to mount it and take it down. Shipping of the artworks are at artist's expense - Technical equipment: the video-screening hall, with 50 seats, is equipped with one video projector and computer, one projection wall and four LCD screens - Hostess service: there will be 2 hostesses during the opening and 1 during the entire duration of the exhibition - Opening reception: we will organize an opening reception for the solo show - Promotional web page: we will create a permanent promotional web page on International ArtExpo Official web site and It's LIQUID platform, announcing the solo show with all artist's contacts - Invitations by email: invitations to the solo show will be emailed to It's LIQUID press office mailing list of over 100,000 subscribers - Social networking: we will spread the exhibition announcement on our Facebook pages (14.000 fans on It's Liquid, 20.000 fans on International ArtExpo) and Twitter profiles (27.000 followers for It's Liquid, 31.000 followers for International ArtExpo) - Digital invitation cards: we will design digital exhibition invitation cards, ready to be printed, that will be sent to International ArtExpo contacts - Banner advertising: a banner advertising for the solo show will be placed on International ArtExpo website as well as on It's LIQUID website - Press office: It's LIQUID Group can cover the press office service announcing the event in Italian and International art magazines and on various art-related sites, managing relations with the media: print, TV, on-line magazines, and inviting critics, writers, curators, dealers and other visual arts professionals to the exhibition Optional services: - Exhibition catalogue: we can produce a solo show catalogue with artist's bio/press release and images of the art work - Critical text: we can provide with a critical text of the exhibition written by an art critic - Printing invitations: we can print 500 front and back colored invitation cards, from post card to A5 size For more details click here.
