Trabajadores de LATAM Airlines en alerta ante inminente paro
Se acerca la huelga: LanPerú no resuelve problemas de sus trabajadores
· Continúa la alerta de trabajadores de Chile, Argentina, Brasil, Paraguay, Colombia y Ecuador para apoyar la huelga de LanPerú la próxima semana.
La demanda por equidad salarial entre quienes desarrollan la misma función dentro de la Empresa aún no es escuchada y en Perú la paralización de los trabajadores aeronaúticos amenaza con afectar con demoras y cancelación de vuelos en toda la región durante el desarrollo del Mundial de Fútbol.
LanPerú es un centro importante para las conexiones de toda la región y especialmente en el flujo hacia Brasil. La huelga de los técnicos aeronaúticos no sólo impedirá la salida de aviones desde Lima (cada avión que despega necesitas de su certificación técnica autorizada), sino que impactará los vuelos de toda la zona ocasionando demoras y cancelaciones en cascada.
Reclaman algo simple, recomponer sus salarios que por más de 10 años no han sido reajustados, y que dentro de la misma empresa no ser discriminados y recibir por la misma función, igual remuneración. Lo repetimos, no hay argumento que sustente que un mecánico de LAN Perú reciba la mitad del pago que uno chileno.
Los funcionarios están movilizados y en los aeropuertos de Perú, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Brasil y Ecuador, han repartido a los pasajeros volantes informativos donde se advierte de las demoras y cancelaciones de vuelos que se producirán a raíz de la paralización.Hasta ahora la empresa se ha reunido con los trabajadores de LanPerú, pero la demanda de la asamblea de técnicos aeronáuticos es clara: equidad de salarios por la misma función y el reintegro de 4 trabajadores que fueron despedidos hace dos semanas por participar en las movilizaciones.
Conflictos en Brasil y ArgentinaLa semana pasada los trabajadores de Brasil acordaron con la empresa mejoras de sus condiciones laborales de manera satisfactoria.
En Argentina, los tripulantes agrupados en la Asociación Argentina de Aeronavegantes, continúan demandando a la Empresa firmar un convenio colectivo de trabajo, tras meses de postergaciones. Los trabajadores tienen derecho a tener regladas las condiciones laborales en un contrato colectivo.
