26 y 27 de junio huelga LAN Perú
Más de 200 vuelos diarios serán afectados en Perú durante paralización
· Las cancelaciones y demoras impactarán a Latinoamérica durante el desarrollo del Mundial de Fútbol
· Más de 200 técnicos que representan a más del 70 % de la dotación, no revisarán ni certificarán la salida de los aviones. Habrá problemas de seguridad en los vuelos.
· LAN cumple 15 años de operación en Perú con parte de su flota en huelga.
Este mes LAN cumple 15 años de operaciones en Perú y lo celebra en grande. En su imagen corporativa destaca el impacto positivo de conectar y acercar personas y comunidades. Pero la imagen de su campaña está lejos, muy lejos de realidad que viven los trabajadores del Sindicato Único de Técnicos Aeronáuticos de LAN Perú (SITALANPE), justo aquellos que deben ser el corazón de una Compañía que se promueve como líder en servicio, conexión y seguridad, y que representa el 70% de tráfico del país. En cambio, sus funcionarios son presa de postergaciones: durante 10 años no han recibido reajuste en sus salarios; de prácticas antisindicales: amenazas, reemplazos unilaterales, espionaje, despidos durante la negociación; de discriminación: reciben la mitad del salario que sus pares en el resto de los países en que opera la Compañía por desempeñar la misma función; usan las peores prácticas laborales: han despedido a 6 personas durante la negociación colectiva, siembran miedo e intentan romper la unidad sindical con malas prácticas.
Las peticiones de los trabajadores no son desmedidas o intransigentes como señala LAN Perú, de los 15 años operando en el país, 10 años no han reajustado sus remuneraciones y discriminan al no aplicar la misma política que en el resto de la los países donde operan; no generan condiciones de estabilidad laboral, despiden durante la negociación y amenazan a los sindicalizados. Las demandas son justas y por eso las impulsa la asamblea de técnicos aeronáuticos en cada una de sus decisiones y votaciones. El resto de los países de la Red Latam los apoya y se sumara con movilizaciones los días de huelga.
Seguridad en el vuelo
Las demandas del Sindicato técnicos no sólo están destinadas a mejorar la calidad de vida y remuneración equitativa de los trabajadores de LAN Perú, cada una de ellas redunda en más seguridad en la gestión técnica de la flota de aviones y por lo tanto en la seguridad de los pasajeros.
Las funciones de los Técnicos Aeronáuticos son fundamentales para volar, sus "labores se encuentran íntimamente ligadas a la seguridad aérea por cuanto somos los que damos las autorizaciones sobre la aeronavegabilidad de las aeronaves, pues revisamos que estén aptas para sus funciones", explica SITALANPE en una carta enviada al director general de aeronáutica y al director de seguridad aeronáutica donde explican la situación que los afecta y el impacto en el aeropuerto el 26 y 27 de junio durante su huelga.
Los trabajadores han enviado una serie de cartas a las autoridades competentes, explicando la situación, que en más de 20 reuniones no logran que la empresa se allane a avanzar en la justicia de sus demandas y grafican el impacto que esta huelga provocará en el aeropuerto y en el tráfico aéreo de toda la región.

Flight Safety
