Mobestar Holdings Plc (the "Company" or "Mobestar")

Acquisition

The board of the Company announces that it has acquired the trade and assets of
Mobile Life Limited ("Mobile Life") for a consideration of £350,000 in cash. 

Mobile Life has developed a software application which allows Mobestar to
extend access to its mobile video dating services to wireless devices, PCs, and
to emerging interactive and digital channels worldwide. Mobile Life was founded 
in October 2002 and is based in Bristol.

The Company will integrate the Mobile Life's technologies into the Company's
existing infrastructure to support the sales and delivery of Mobestar's mDate 
and mSpace for global mobile communities.
